  • Wayne Tessier

    BSc (Hons), PhD. TAP Certified.

    Wayne worked for Mars for 13 years in a variety of sales and senior leadership roles, before moving into Director roles within Private Equity backed businesses.

    Through those businesses, he has gained first hand experience of people development, management & leadership in all kinds of situations - growth, turnaround, mergers and acquisitions. His passion has always been working with people to help them achieve their goals, whilst building highly effective teams.

  • Lesley Roberts

    MSc Executive Coaching, EMCC Senior Practitioner.

    Lesley’s ‘why’ is to help people unlock their potential to achieve success. She firmly believes that everyone has potential, and that sometimes, a little of the right support can make all the difference.

    With her 16 year career in Mars Inc Lesley understands the pressures and requirements of the corporate world. Her ability to bring commercial understanding, coupled with her people development expertise, give her clients confidence in her ability to successfully support them.

  • Andy Cook

    MBA, Columbia Business School, NY (Dean’s List).

    Andy has over 20 years of operational and consulting experience starting and growing businesses, including his own online travel company, takethefamily.com, and creating/managing change in large organisations.

    He has extensive multi-national and multi-cultural experience, an MBA from New York's Columbia Business School (Deans List), speaks fluent German, and is a UK/US citizen.

Wayne Tessier, Founder.

tessier was founded by Wayne Tessier in 2022. Wayne Tessier is a commercial expert who since 1998 has worked in Leadership and Business Development roles within the public and private sector. He has successfully led ambitious high growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions and integration.

He is a certified trainer, practiced coach and team development expert with a PhD in Biochemistry from Hull University.

Wayne expertly identifies actions which improve companies’ commercial success, be it through process, systems, organisational structure, team effectiveness or proficiency of key individuals. This often includes looking at values, strategies, target markets and organisational design. Results are shaped through models including training delivery, coaching, development interventions and more.

Our FOUNDER Outside of the Office.

Wayne enjoys challenging himself and this core personality trait carries through successfully in his professional work.

He loves sport, especially running and football, and feels that the passion and teamwork required in sport are positive principles in the development of businesses and people.

As a father of 3 and an experienced youth football coach, he is especially passionate about millennials and Gen Z and their contribution to the world.

Wayne also loves music and believes that quality of life for yourself and those around you is of the utmost importance - whether this is at work, when learning, or at play! One of his children, Lucy, is a member of Slow Team (formerly Bloodhound) and Wayne can often be found roadie-ing across the UK.
